In Mountain City, Tennessee, Mr. Walker is engaged in a general practice which includes overseeing the operation of Walker Title, LLC and Walker & Wright.  His expertise includes residential, commercial and industrial property transactions.  Jeff has assisted in negotiating property disputes of all types and has successfully settled numerous actions to quiet title.

In the State of Florida, Jeff is an active licensed practicing attorney and currently supervises Walker Title, LLC, in its multi-state title activity.  Numerous clients have asked for representation outside the High Country of North Carolina and Tennessee, and his diversification has proven invaluable.

Anné began working with Jeff Walker as a law clerk in 2009 in North Carolina. In 2018, Anné became General Counsel at Walker Title and partners with Jeff in his law practice in Mountain City, Tennessee.

Anné graduated magna cum laude from Appalachian State University in 2001 with a degree in English and Interdisciplinary Studies. She also earned a Masters degree in Library Science from ASU. She continued her education at NCCU School of Law where she served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the law review and graduated summa cum laude. Anné lives with her husband, Scott, and their two dogs, Dizzy and Sampson.

Anné’s practice includes Appeals and Elder Law related matters, such as guardianships, trusts, wills, estates and Social Security matters and appeals of all kinds, as well as general civil litigation.

Donna manages all aspects of the office for Walker Title, LLC.  Her responsibilities include commercial and residential real estate work, as well as title work and closing services. Contact Donna with any questions you may have regarding your real estate closing.

Donna and Jeff have been married since 1982. She has managed all business aspects of his law offices since 1988. Donna has many years of experience in the real estate field. A successful commercial real estate broker in South Florida, she “retired” for a few years to raise their family. Now that their children have grown up and left the nest, she has returned to work full time. In May 2007, Jeff and Donna established Walker Title, LLC.

Lisa has been working with attorney Jeff Walker since 2002. Her twenty two years of experience in the legal field have proved to be invaluable to Walker Title. Lisa has a thorough understanding of the Court procedures and records departments throughout the High Country, including North Carolina and Tennessee. She has traveled to Florida on several occasions as our multi-state clients requirements have dictated. The excellent working relationship Lisa has established with the Register of Deeds and County Clerks is a direct result of her hard work and the respect she has earned is well deserved.

Lisa is a native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Atlanta School of Fashion & Design in Atlanta, Georgia. She now lives in Banner Elk, Avery County, North Carolina, with her husband, Ron and children Jessica and Lucas.

Previous experience with custom home building and real estate subdivision development with her husband give Alison a vast knowledge in the real estate field.

Alison moved to North Carolina from the Gulf Coast of Florida where she had pursued a degree in Marine Biology. She is a volunteer with the rescue group of Horse Helpers of the High Country, lives in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, and enjoys gardening and spending time with her lovable dogs, Suka and Yukon.

Leticia is responsible for working with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders, Insurance Companies, and she coordinates details with our attorneys to streamline the entire process of a real estate transaction through its completion.

As a Real Estate Legal Assistant, she regularly attends professional seminars to maintain the most up-to-date knowledge in her field. Leticia is now married and living with her husband, Josh, in Mountain City.
