Christy A. Canter

Closing Agent.

Christy has been with Walker Title since its inception in May, 2007. She is a native of Watauga County, North Carolina. Having attended Appalachian State University to pursue a degree in the legal field, Christy recently transferred to East Tennessee State University and will soon complete her Bachelor of Science degree.

Christy has experience working in law offices in Boone, North Carolina, for the past four years. Her work included gaining a well rounded knowledge of the Court system and procedures for title work and real estate closings.

Her positive attitude and energy are a great asset to Walker Title. Christy is a licensed title agent in her home state, North Carolina, and is a non-resident title agent in Tennessee.
